With an upbringing in a musical family, I developed an early passion for song and pursued a dream of traveling as a performing musician. I actively studied traditional bluegrass and folk music carrying on a tradition inspired by my elders, participating in festival community and jam sessions from the Pacific Northwest to the Appalachian’s. Living in Nashville for six years I recorded my first album and studied songwriting while connecting with family roots in Tennessee. Music was my first mind expanding avenue and resonance with the depth of human emotion.

I returned to my hometown of Eugene in 2010 to be present with family. I worked in support of cannabis medicine, initiated into motherhood and continued to write and record music on several inspiring pieces of land I’ve been blessed to share energy with.

I’ve experienced psychedelics as a path to awakening the creative muses and the healer within, strengthening the heart’s intuitive guidance. With a close relationship to cycles of transformation, family grief and witnessing the passing of dear loved ones, I feel psilocybin therapy has been a powerful ally through the illusion of separation.

I am with joy to be joining the team at Epic Healing Eugene as I expand my studies on psychedelic integration, with future plans to pursue training in facilitation. I look forward to being of service on our collective journey into unity consciousness.
