Jaime Buenaño II
EPIC Service Worker
OHA/OPS Worker Permit Holder
My name is Jaime, and I am a Service Worker at EPIC Healing Center. My path to this work began through my own experiences with plant medicine. Experiences that opened doors to healing, clarity, and a more meaningful relationship with life. Psychedelics have played a powerful role in helping me improve my mental and emotional well-being, and have also deepened the quality of connection I share with this existence and my part in it.
Though my professional background is in tech sales, a field not traditionally tied to healing work, it taught me valuable lessons in professionalism, integrity, and the importance of aligning with organizations whose missions I truly support. That desire to stand behind something I believe in has led me here.
I am a first-generation American, with roots in Guatemala and Ecuador. While I don’t consider myself fully fluent, I am bilingual and have a deep love for language and cultural exploration.
I identify as a psyche-naut; not just as an explorer of altered states, but as someone who seeks insight, purpose, and transformation through intentional inner work. These personal journeys have taught me the value of presence, humility, and approaching life with an open heart… qualities I bring with me into this role.
I’m grateful to be in support of a carefully held container, one created by a team of dedicated facilitators, clinicians, and space-holders. My role is not to lead, but to walk alongside and to support the process with care, integrity, and a deep respect for the sacred nature of this work. I feel fortunate to contribute to something larger than myself, something that is actively reshaping how we think about healing, mental health, and human potential.
Joining EPIC means being part of a mission I believe in, helping people reconnect to themselves and discover the deeper meaning they may be seeking. It’s an honor to hold space in whatever small way I can for those who are brave enough to say yes to that journey.
